Hotel Mi Bencoolen Singapore

I selected this hotel for a roundtable discussion due to its proximity to Bras Basah MRT Station, offering convenient access to Marina Bay's waterfront, Gardens by the Bay, and Suntec City Convention Centre. The staff was accommodating and friendly, and the central location made it easy to navigate the city for my work commitments.

One service that I missed for my work was a larger conference room or meeting space within the hotel for hosting the roundtable discussion.

Took a leisure stroll in their "greenery" and discovered a pool and gym exclusively for hotel guests. Enjoyed making unlimited international calls while having breakfast from 6:30 am to 10:30 am. So fancy!

Oh, I just loved hearing all the water flows, noisy neighbors, and cleaners chatting loudly. Such a peaceful experience!

The room was so cozy and comfortable! We loved the internet-connected LED TV with cable channels for kids' shows. The complimentary high-speed WiFi access was a big plus for us.

The view from the room was not as impressive as we had hoped. But others might still find it enjoyable.

The hotel's location couldn't be better, just steps away from a metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The staff is courteous and helpful. Despite the small size of the room, it is clean and comfortable, and the warm shower has good pressure.

The noise level in the hotel is quite high. Walls and ceilings offer little insulation, which means that guests may be disturbed by others' noise.

One major downside of my experience was the small size of the room. It felt cramped and there was not enough space for our belongings.

We loved how close this place was to the train station, just a minute's walk away! There were plenty of restaurants and shopping areas nearby, which made it convenient for us to explore. The staff here provided us excellent service and kept the room spotlessly clean. We enjoyed the amazing amenities, such as the garden area and outdoor swimming pool.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impressive, with daily housekeeping. The hotel facilities, including the swimming pool, were top-notch. Transportation was convenient, as it was situated close to a train station and within walking distance to many sightseeing points like Chinatown. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always willing to assist us with our needs. Breakfast was delicious, with both local and international options available.

Not one thing stood out as negative during our stay.

I chose Mi Bencoolen for its proximity to Kwan Im Thong Hood Cho Temple. The urban-inspired spaces and multilingual staff pleasantly surprised me. The stylish bar where I could sip cocktails and enjoy a continental breakfast made my stay even more enjoyable.

Lack of sound-proofing.

Location was perfect, just a minute walk from the MRT station. We were pleasantly surprised to find a free Handy phone in our room, which made exploring the city a breeze. Although the room was small, it was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating, offering us a shower room before our flight. we had a wonderful stay at this hotel.

The hotel's proximity to the MRT station was super convenient, allowing us to easily explore the city without any hassle. We were pleasantly surprised by the walking distance to attractions like Little India and the availability of great local restaurants nearby, including Al-Jilani which had mouth-watering food and unbeatable prices. The filtered drinking water in the room was a thoughtful touch, eliminating the need for constantly asking for bottled water. The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to both train and bus transportation options. We also appreciated the opportunity to shower even after checking out, as well as the stunning city view from our room. The overall experience was mind-blowingly good, and we can't wait to return in the future.

I always return to this hotel. Staff kindly helped with my elderly parents. It has Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, fitness centre, and an outdoor pool. Perfect for me. Coming back for Xmas.

I recently stayed at Hotel Mi in Singapore for a couple of nights. The location was perfect, close to train stations, dining options, and many places of interest. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to assist us. The included breakfast was delicious, offering a mix of Asian and Western options. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. With easy access to public transport, it was a great spot to explore the city from.

The rooftop pool felt like a private lagoon, offering a refreshing escape from the bustling city.

The vibrant location, close to MRT and surrounded by non-stop dining options, made every outing with the kids fun and full of energy. The hotel's thoughtful gesture of providing a free room for us to freshen up before our flight was greatly appreciated and added to our overall positive experience.

My wife says that an expansion of the children's play area would be a great addition for families with kids.
